Support
We're here to help with anything PulseGrid-related.
Restoring a purchase
If you've reinstalled PulseGrid or switched devices, open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. This reconnects your PulseGrid Pro subscription or lifetime purchase using your Apple ID or Google account — no new charge is made.
Your data & backups
PulseGrid stores all of your habits and history locally on your device — there's no account and nothing is uploaded to our servers. Because of that:
- Deleting the app deletes its local data. Export a backup first from Settings → Export JSON if you want to keep it.
- You can restore a backup on the same or a new device from Settings → Import JSON.
- We can't recover data for you — we simply don't have access to it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Common questions
Why didn't my streak count today? Make sure you're logging the habit on the correct scheduled day — habits only count toward a streak on the days you've scheduled them in Edit Habit.
Can I use PulseGrid on more than one device? Since data is stored locally, habits don't automatically sync between devices. Use Export/Import JSON to move a backup from one device to another.
How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play — cancel anytime from your device's account/subscription settings.
Report a bug or request a feature
Email support@acerrasecurity.com with as much detail as you can — your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when something went wrong. Screenshots help a lot.
