By downloading or using PulseGrid, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PulseGrid mobile application ("PulseGrid," "the App"), provided by Acerra Security ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The App

PulseGrid is a habit-tracking application that stores your data locally on your device. A Free tier and an optional PulseGrid Pro subscription/purchase tier are available, as described within the App.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

PulseGrid Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, as displayed in the App at time of purchase.
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Where a free trial is offered, it will be clearly labeled with its length and the price that applies after the trial ends, prior to purchase.
Lifetime purchases are one-time and grant continued access to the Pro features available at time of purchase, subject to the App continuing to be supported.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the habit data you create in PulseGrid. Because this data is stored locally on your device (and, if you enable it, through your platform's own backup/sync system), you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device loss, damage, deletion of the App, or disabling of backup features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent Pro feature gating through unauthorized means

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PulseGrid is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. PulseGrid is a productivity tool and is not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acerra Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App or any of its features at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable app store or consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
