Privacy Policy

1. Data We Do Not Collect
PulseGrid does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app. We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or contact details
- The habits you track, your streaks, or your completion history
- Location data
- Photos, contacts, or any other device content
All habit data you enter is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. It is never uploaded to us or to any third party as part of normal app use.
2. Optional Backup & Sync (Pro)
If you use an optional cloud backup or cross-device sync feature (available as part of PulseGrid Pro), the data needed to restore your grids is stored using your device platform's own account system (such as iCloud or Google account storage), under your control. We do not operate our own servers for this data and do not have access to it.
3. Purchases
Subscription and one-time purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. PulseGrid does not receive or store your payment details. Purchase and subscription status is verified through the platform's standard receipt validation.
4. Analytics & Crash Reporting
PulseGrid may use minimal, aggregated, and anonymized crash/diagnostic reporting provided by the app store platform (Apple/Google) to help us fix bugs. This data is not tied to your identity and does not include your habit content. You can typically limit this through your device's system privacy settings.
5. Third-Party Services
PulseGrid does not embed third-party advertising SDKs or trackers. The only third parties involved in delivering the app are the app store platforms themselves (Apple App Store, Google Play), which operate under their own privacy policies.
6. Children's Privacy
PulseGrid does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app requires no account and stores data locally, no personal information is transmitted to us regardless of the user's age.
7. Your Choices
Because your data lives on your device, you are always in control of it. Deleting the app removes your local habit data. If you've used the optional Pro backup feature, you can remove that backup through your device's account settings at any time.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of PulseGrid after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
