How to request account deletion
Email us from the same email address used for your Turf account:
Please include:
- Subject line: Turf Account Deletion Request
- The email address on your Turf account
- Your Turf display name or handle, if you remember it
- A short note confirming you want the account deleted
We will process verified deletion requests and remove associated account data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for security/fraud prevention.
What gets deleted
- Account profile information
- Activity history associated with the account
- Territory ownership records tied to the account
- Social content associated with the account, where applicable
In-app deletion
If you still have Turf installed, you may also be able to delete your account from the app settings. This web page exists for users who uninstalled the app and still need a way to request deletion.
